As my weight loss journey continues I will try to post a lot of my recipes that I use. Some are fancy and some are just plain ole get me through the day kinds. Today I wanted to share with you my fruit dip. I love this dip with an apple cut into slices or pears. The pumpkin adds in some extra fiber to fill you up.
Fruit Dip
1 box of instant sugar free pudding - your choice in flavor
2 cups of milk
1 8 oz container of cool whip
1 can of Libby's canned pumpkin
Mix together the pudding and milk. Add in the cool whip and pumpkin.
2 points per cup! Enjoy!
